Welcome to Babul Khair Cargo & Logistics Worldwide. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1️⃣ Service Scope

We offer cargo transportation, shipping, and logistics services from Oman to Pakistan and other destinations as per the agreed booking terms.

2️⃣ Booking & Shipment Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Customer must provide accurate information regarding sender, receiver, and shipment details.
  • Any prohibited, illegal, or restricted items will not be accepted for delivery.

3️⃣ Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at booking and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or operational delays. We do not guarantee fixed delivery dates.

4️⃣ Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in OMR and/or PKR as applicable.
  • Full payment must be made before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Additional charges like customs duty, taxes, or remote area surcharges may apply.

5️⃣ Liability & Claims

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs,Zilzala (Earthquake),Toofan (Storm / Cyclone),Aandhi / Tufan,Flood (Sailab),Lightning (Bijli girna),Pandemic (jaise COVID-19) , strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of shipment loss or damage, claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery date with complete supporting evidence.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the declared value or shipping fee, whichever is lower.

6️⃣ User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all shipment details are accurate and lawful.
  • Do not send any illegal or dangerous goods.
  • Provide necessary documents for customs if required.

7️⃣ Operational & Delivery Conditions

  • No fixed delivery time is guaranteed. Customers must check their goods at the time of receiving.
  • The company is not responsible for fire, theft, or accidental loss of shipments.
  • Goods must be collected within 15 days of arrival at the destination branch. Failure to collect may result in extra charges or disposal.
  • Prohibited or illegal items will not be accepted, stored, or compensated in case of loss or seizure.
  • Only the goods listed and recorded on the official shipment receipt are claimable.
  • Compensation for lost items:
    • 1.5 OMR per kg for shipments up to 40 kg
    • 1.0 OMR per kg for shipments above 40 kg

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access. Content is owned by Babul Khair Cargo and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

9️⃣ Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available on this page and effective from the published date.
