Scope of Service

We provide shipping and logistics services from the Sultanate of Oman to Pakistan and other destinations, according to booking.

Booking Conditions

• All bookings are subject to confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate and correct information.
• Illegal or prohibited materials will not be accepted.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or operational delays.
• There is no guarantee of a fixed delivery date.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are calculated in Omani Rial (OMR).
• Full payment is required before shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional fees (customs, taxes) may apply.
• The customer must ensure that the declared value of goods on the invoice does not exceed 120 Omani Rials.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing correct details, avoiding the shipment of illegal goods, and submitting all required documents.

Operating Terms & Delivery Conditions

• We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time.
• Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
• The company is not responsible for loss of goods due to natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
• Goods must be collected within 15 days of arrival at the destination branch.
• Prohibited or illegal materials will not be accepted, and will not be stored or compensated for in case of loss or confiscation.
• Compensation claims are limited to goods listed and registered on the official shipping receipt.

Compensation

Compensation for lost goods will be equal to the value and type of the lost item.
